I made a claim on a Saturday 29th of June after an accident I had. I spoke with a guy called Queton a consultant who was very calm helpful and effective, he took all the details and asked me to send all pictures of the damages. I did on Monday, he followed up with an email to acknowledge receipt. Tuesday morning he called to inform me about the approval and explained the whole process, it’s my first time experience with MiWay and this exceeded my expectations. Good service Queton
