I made a claim for a damaged tyre 🛞 on Friday. Today I made a follow up on the claim and an agent by the name of Nkele Molele gave me feedback immediately on the status of the claim. She even exceeded my expectations by sorting out all the paperwork required to finalise the claim in less than 10 minutes. I am greatly impressed and keep it up MiWay.
