I made a call to review my policy premiums, was initially assisted by Mologadi Papo and she was professional yet friendly. As I was not happy with the reduction she had given me, she easily escalated my request to a senior advisor Simangele Dhladhla. Simangele sounded happy to assist, she was also friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Thanks to these wonderful ladies for their assistance.
