I'm not happy

On the 27 June 2015 i was involved on the acciendent during the night around 10 to 11 and the place was very dangous for me to wait for the insurance to send a towering company,the was still moved which i had to drive it home because i was 10km to my place,i went to the police station for an AR which they did it,and on monday i had to call my insurance to lodge a claim which they did accept,the next day they came and took my car to SMD where they told me that they going to accesor there for what i dont know.i then requested a rental car which i paid a some amount of R1200.Miway then send the assosor to me by the name of Hendrik Korff which i explain to him what happened or gave him every information he requested,he later then requested things that we never agreed with then he never contacted me but the guy by the name of Ben Loubser started communicate with me wanted me to explain again everything that i have told Hendrik.After a month they told me my claim was rejected and Ben told me they wont entertain my story of accident.they then send me a letter saying i need to pay SMD which i dont understand why i have to pay that, they said that money is for my car that i was renting.
