I love the check-ins

This is the second time I’ve locked my keys in the car and I am almost ready to lock them again (just kidding). My call was received by Lethabo this time around, and she called me back twice, to notify me that she had contacted the locksmith and again to let me know that he was on his way. I love this diligence, it’s a nice feedback loop that lets you know that everything is ok and that you will receive the help you have asked for. Thank you Lethabo and thank you MiWay.
