I love miway I have been with them for years but I feel they are not fair when it comes to how they payout customer claims, I ensured my phone for R7000 paying R409 monthly I was shocked to find that I am only being paid out R3200 from the phone I was using to the phone that they wanted to give me it does not make sense if they are saying the replacement phone they had in mind for me is an Samsung A32 why am I being paid out less that what the phone costs that phone cost R4200 currently
