I logged in to my app. I Logged a claim. I received a call the same day from a polite gentleman Thavineshin Pillay who was keen to listen to me to assist me with my claim. He arranged to visit the premises to assess the claim the next day. The following day, being today, the claim has been resolved. This is remarkable service received.
