I logged a flat battery request on the App, within 1 minute Sabelo Dlamini called to finalise everything with me. He had set a time limit of 30 - 45 minutes, and did advise it could be sooner. Within 15 minutes the assigned technician called and I was assist swiftly. Thank you MiWay team and Sabelo Dlamin for reassuring me and promptly assisting.
