I logged a claim in the beginning of April. Requesting the recording between the agent and myself. What a waste of time. After so many w/app messages, calls and false promises up until today 30/4/2026. A customer care consultant contacted me and what a professional person handled it with such professionalism and compassion. Martinique Narsi sorted it out within minutes. She is truly amazing asset to MiWay insurance company. Due to her professionalism in handling my claim which I nearly canceled the policy left me 💯 % satisfied that her work ethic was absolutely phenomenal.
