I logged a call at 11:30 and Thabiso went out of his way to keep me informed even through each service provider that he contacted even though he physically could not assist me. It the first time I had to wait for a SP but Thabiso kept me company and even called to check if I got home safely, all in all it was a pleasure dealing with the human factor of customer care service, well done Thabiso 👍🏽
