I lodged a motor vehicle claim with miway but it was captured incorrect and that affected my excess, but Thokozile managed to intervene and corrected it.Im glad it was sorted to my satisfaction because I had already made up my mind that I'm canceling the insurance with miway at the end of the month of June 2022 since I felt helpless.I'm happy and I'm not leaving miway anytime soon because of Thokozile's help and she managed to save the company from losing a client.
