I lodged a claim with Andre Engelbrecht. Andre was very professional and acted with spontaneous actions to ensure that service providers were in touch with me to sort things out. He also contacted me all the time, to ensure that all was well. No doubt, Andre Engelbrecht is a real asset to MiWay and adds value to the client, this after our tramatic experience. Many personal thanks Andre. You are an absolute star.
