I lodged a claim recently with Midway and also needed to update some personal details. I was kept on the loop at each step of the process, questions and queries were clarified quickly and clearly. My details were updated and further steps outlined. All in all dealing with Midway is a pleasant experience due to their professionalism and focus on client. If I could I'd give 10 stars!!!
