I lodged a claim for my laptop with MiWay over a week ago

I lodged a claim for my laptop with MiWay over a week ago. The claim itself was done promptly, the laptop was picked up for assessment within a day, but the documents required of me to fill out for the claim to be paid was delayed. I then contacted MiWay via the WhatsApp number and was assisted by Owethu Thabethe, one of their claims advisors. Owethu emailed the document to me within minutes. Once I filled it out and sent it on to Owethu, it was then immediately emailed to the advisor handling my claim.
