I like the fact that they can take the costs of the call and call back immediately ,as waiting on the line can cost too much

I like the fact that they can take the costs of the call and call back immediately ,as waiting on the line can cost too much. secondly Nokuthula is a well trained soft spoken and a good listener .I know I get get cheaper out there with pros and cons of cause but service delivery is number one, and all my experiences with mMiWay have been good do far .She understands very well that she is the brand , when I was mad she somehow took the blame and tried to comfort me ,teasing/passing a joke at the right time , I felt respected throughout the call.
