I like the fact that miway insurance consultants are quick to respond, spoke to someone name Levert Layte, sounded helpful and polite and professional, but I'm not happy with their outsource services they use, the guys are not very professional and they take their own time just sending off the paperwork. It's been a week still waiting for miway for a payout and haven't gotten feedback from the claims consultant yet. Turn around time for payout is quite long, not happy with that.
