I left a message to add an item to my insurance.... Delton Jacobs phoned me, but I was unable to talk to him at that time, so he offered to phone me back. He did that and we were able to add my item. He explained everything to me and also checked up about my other items on insurance. Very professional and friendly. All sorted very quickly and efficiently.
