I just want to cancel my policy

I've been with Miway for a little over a year for my car cover . I called a week ago to cancel my policy the agent told me his senior would call and help me they were occupied at that time. I waited about for the rest of the week still no response from Miway. A week later I called them again the agent told me the same thing that I'd be contacted within 3 working days they still haven't contacted me and this is frustrating for me having to call and call again just to be given the run around. I don't want to insure with Miway anymore! !!
