I just want to cancel

<p>Why can't I just get my ****** policy cancelled, first you call me back 3 days after my enquiry, then you want to get me a better deal wich you obviously couldn't, I requested to be removed even begging the consultant just to remove everything but still she carries on and on and on to a point where I had to cut the call. Really!? If a person requests to have their policy cancelled please just leave them be!!!!</p>
