I just want my car back and cancellation of my subscription to Miway

I don’t want to be associated with Miway anymore after their lies about taking care of their clients. This is just an act of deception by people who don’t care about anyone,but money. I was involved in an accident on 09/12/2022 but their assessment was done around 18/12/2022. My car was left standing in the rain and sun till I took a ride to the car pound in Boksburg’s SMD. When I opened the car water was dripping from the doors. I reported that concern about my leather car seats which will be at my cost to repair if any damage will occur. What seem to be like a minor thing they refused to repair my rear bumper saying I did say anything about it. I tried to reason with them that I couldn’t say what happened as I was running after the guy whose vehicle was the cause of an accident. All that just fell into deaf ears. I still have not received anything from the insurance till today regarding my car. It’s almost a month the car is not yet been fixed.
