I just started with MiWay and I recieve issues

I bought a new vehicle this week. Decided to insure with MiWay. The consultant initially captured my quote as R940. Then contacts me again and says that my relationship status was previously captured as Married and they changed it to Single so my premium is now R990. I've never been married so I don't know where this ******* information is coming from. I asked him to speak to his supervisor and he comes back saying there's nothing he can do, the premium is R990. So for someone else's mistake I get penalized and have to pay R50 extra. That makes no sense. Sigh. I just started with MiWay and immediately get horrible service. I really hate dealing with insurance companies. Ref ***1.
