I just spoke to a phenomenal lady 😊😊 Mologadi Papo. Wow, I'm so impressed that I took out a warranty plan. 😂. I contacted MiWay regarding my monthly premium that was not deducted, and I received an sms yesterday. I was a bit upset as little things like this gave me anxiety, but explaining my situation to this wonderful lady and she just listened without interrupting. When I was done, she calmly chatted to me and said she could load payment to be collected today if I'm happy with that. Then she started telling me about the products and updated all my details. I was a bit confused with the warranty plan, but she took her time to explain all the details to me. I just want to say thank you so much Mologadi Papo for your patience and your friendly assistance.
