I just moved from Discovery to Miway

I just moved from Discovery to Miway. Miway offered me a much more competitive premium for similar cover. Anyway I had a problem with logging into my account, spent some time on the phone yesterday or the day before and agent seemed disinterested in solving my issue. Sent an email today and Jabulile Radebe called me back within a few hours and my problem was fixed. I didn't have to explain much as she seemed to have understood my issue. Really happy with the service I have received this far
