I insured my vehicle with MIWAY on the 10/05/2024

I insured my vehicle with MIWAY on the 10/05/2024. I was told I need to make a pro rata payment. I was informed that a PAY@ link was going to be sent to me. It never came, on the 11/05/2024 I was told it was sent. Today I am told it wasn't sent and it will be sent, that was around 11h00, an hour later no LINK sent. Made them aware I am yet to receive it, then I am told to give it FEW minutes and it will come. I just checked my SMS and it's not there. This is frustrating.
