I initially had a complaint about the insurance as they didn't send security or respond quickly when I lodged in an emergency alert saturday night and I am a woman who had a 6 year old girl in the car. I had to get external assistance. I lodged the complain as I felt let down and that I couldn't trust the insurance for future emergency alerts. The matter was handled with so much professionalism and gentleness by a gentleman named Ntokozo Mjokane. If it wasn't for him, I would have possibly canceled my policy.
