I hope this email finds you well. I would like to thank Nombuso Sengane for excellent service she provided to me. I make a claim during March and now there were no further communication after I spoke to the lady who was handling my claim, she mentioned by transferring my matter to the assessors but till now no feedback. Nombuso did handle this matter professionally after I explained to her about several calls made after the claim. She did have an ear to listen and apologised for the inconvenience on behalf of the company. I applaude her for be calm and proceeded to assist me with dignity and professionalism.
