I hit an obscured pot hole on my way home around 9pm at night and was panicked. I have a busy day the next day and needed assistance to get my car to a tyre place as 2 tyres were damaged in the incident. I used the MiWay app to report it and got a call back from MiWay's Haniph Nkuna, who listened attentively, assured me he could help and proceeded to arrange a tow truck to be at my residence at 8am the next day. That will ensure my day will still be manageable and not a complete day wasted.
