I have very mixed feelings about MiWay as often in the past they have frustrated me and been very dismissive, rude and slow to give feedback. However my most recent issue I was placed through to the emergency assist department where I was assisted by Trinisha Chetty. She handled the case very well, as well as being positive, supportive and helpful in a moment that was very stressful for me. I appreciated her assistance very much.
