I have updated information on my policy last week and received a ridiculous increase of R1000 on 1 of my vehicles.. Today I called back to follow up with Retentions as I was very unhappy with my premium.. My call was directed to Pontsho who assisted me. Pontsho has helped by getting my premium reduced with a substantial amount.. Thank you so much...
