I have to beg MiWay insurance to refund me the amount of cancelled insurance

I canceled my vehicle insurance with MyWay insurance on 28 June 2023 on the 30th they debited the premium of canceled insurance ,I called them on 1st of July for refund they told me to send them my bank statement which I did comply with their instructuction then I received email stating that I will be refunded within 3 working which was on the 5th July 2023 but I did not receive my money on the 6th of July in the morning I called MiWay they apologise for incovinience because they see on the system that I was supposed be refunded already , they said I will receive the amount within 24 hours,this morning when I check on my bank app nothing was deposited I am suppose to call MiWay insurance and beg them again to refund me because I urgently need that cash of R2083,00
