I have submitted a claim about two weeks ago, I was told it's been authorized but after that I never received further communication. I followed up a week ago but the person I spoke to did not assist either, they told me to wait for their call. Today I appreciate Jade who assisted me instantly and sent communication to the pannelbeater right away without any delays or excuses.
