I have requested a reduction on my premiums and they got back to me the senior advisor Solomon assisted me and reduced the premium for me as I don't use my van daily so instead of paying for a van that hardly drives on the road he assisted and made sure I have the exact same cover for less which is awesome becuase now when ever I do use my van the same cover applies just for a lower premium
