I have recently switched my car and home insurance to MiWay and I am very pleased I did. They have been very professional and helpful. This morning, I discovered that my car battery was flat. I used the MiWay app to contact their emergency services, and within a few minutes, they called me to tell me that someone would soon be with me to help. Less than 10 minutes later, a bakkie from one of their service providers was with me, and took care of the problem quickly and efficiently. A few minutes later, I received a call from MiWay to check that the problem had been resolved. Outstanding service and a good experience.
