I have received a great service from Nkosinathi from the Emergency department
I have received a great service from Nkosinathi from the Emergency department. He managed to connect me with the retentions department to make amendments to my policy. Simphiwe was patient and helped me with getting my cover on par. I hope it will as seamless should I nerd to claim in future.
