I have never been stood up for so long

Its been over a week since I waited for your feedback. When I call your call centre, am being sent from pillar to post, wasting my airtime. Even some of your colleagues were being rude to me, giving me wrong information. I was finally assisted by Makhosazana Twala. I don't remember how many emails I sent you or how many calls I have made. Its really annoying. I thank you for your assistance first time, however, from there on its been chaos.
