I Have lodged a claim to repair chips on my windscreen

I Have lodged a claim to repair chips on my windscreen. I had 10 chips. they only approved for 1 chip. They Said I must register 10 claims in total. each and every chip must have its own claim. They called me to register the 10 claims but the claims are still not registered even now. They just wasted my time on the phone. I also registered a claim for a scratch on the door even now it is still not finalized. Poor service
