I have house hold and car insurance

<div>I have house hold and car insurance. They are prompt with handling of claims ,on time, with great service. I just bought a new car, I already had a better qoute than them , but they were able to match it and gave me more for less. But I do not appreciate the thread I have received concerning my profile, that they feel I am claiming more that I should. Now I do not understand what should I do, if my appliances break down, as if I plan to. That I feel its unfair, course that is what an insurance is for. Maybe I still need to find an alternative since the load shadding is back.</div>
