I have had a number of interactions with Miway Insurance and find them always courteous and helpful. Today my experience was excellent from the very first minute of the call. The lady who answered the call was able to help to a certain point and thereafter transferred me to another senior staff member who explained to me exactly what I was being insured for and we were able to make changes that were beneficial to me for my future on going policy.
