<p>Thank you to MiWay for having a user friendly website. Firstly it was the only website where I could actually get a quote done, with an actual amount - not the Oops! something went wrong! then the phone call the following day.</p> <p>With MiWay it was, thank goodness different. Although some information I could not complete on the website I could still get a quotation. MiWay Call Centre called the next day, I gave her the necessary information (perhaps some information is deliberately being withheld as not all websites/computers are protected) . I received the final quotation via email later that day; the amounts did not differ much from first quotation I did on the website. Should I need to change something, I go in on the web, then check with a follow up phone call the next day, which is what I did this morning. The phone was answered in less than 30sec - Thank you to Dikeledi who helped me today with some information not on my policy schedule which I wanted to confirm. </p>
