I have changed some details on my policy which should not have make my payment increase but it increased by nearly R800. I wasn't happy and a senior agent phoned me back the next day and really went out of his way to reduce my payment and to keep my business. He was patient, helpful and very friendly. He assisted me very professionally and helped me to get a better rate which I was happy with. He also gave me advice and told me about other products as well. Overall I was very satisfied at the end.
