I have been with my way for more a decade now

I have been with my way for more a decade now. Their service has been excellent, except receiving threats after claiming twice for one incident. They sent massage telling me that they will either cancel cover or increase it if I claim again, during the time I had covered 2 cars with them. I then decided to remove one and I am left with one and the Service so far is good.
