I have been with Miway since 2014 and I have not been disappointed

I have been with Miway since 2014 and I have not been disappointed. Every year the service staff assist me with a policy review. This instance in particular, *Faith Mothwa* was outstanding. She dealt with my review with finesse and demonstrated a wealth of indepth knowledge regarding the policy. I was able to get advise on what Miway can do for me with the cars that I have. It's not just insurance advise, Faith's approach was personal and homely. It was like I was speaking to a sister who could relate and knew more about my needs. What I appreciate the most is the tips on how to optimise use of the policy, what other advise I can get from Miway e.g., calling Miway when I am in an accident and asking for step by step help OR calling in when my car at home can't start. There were many advises and offering I was not aware from my policy, this is where Faith played an excellent role i.e., put me at ease and tell me insurance is not just insurance🙂 I am recommending Miway to my family and friends.
