I have been with MiWay insurance for three years without a single claim

I have been with MiWay insurance for three years without a single claim. My car got into an accident for the first time and they decided to take my car to Nu Wagon for repairs, after I insisted that I do not want my car to be fixed at that place. MiWay decided to take my car to Nu wagon anyway and they decided to paint my left passenger door and not fix the whole. I sent an email with pictures as proof to Miway three times, to get a call from Brian who works for Nuw wagon who told me they got orders from MiWay to not fix anything besides the back of the car. I send another email to MiWay explain conversation that happened between myself an Nu Wagon, still no feedback from MiWay. I send pictures of how and where my car landed after the accident, so I do not understand when I am told the door must not be fixed. Claim number:C***
