I have been with MiWay Insurance for the past 17 years, (yes, I started the very same year of its inception, with doubts of course), so it really pained me when I had to search for another insurance. Today I was assisted by Lerato, after informing them via the app that I would like to cancel. She confirmed that she will look into my policy and call me back. When she called, she just mentioned it right at the beginning that they will not allow the relationship of 17 to just be cancelled like that. My policy was updated, I must say, I am impressed.
