I have been with Miway insurance for over 12 years now
I have been with Miway insurance for over 12 years now. I have been happy with their service until now when I put in a claim on the 1st of August 2024 and after two follow ups waiting for the chosen panelbeater to contact me, I was very frustrated especially after adding a 3rd car to my policy while waiting 3 months for my other car to be fixed. I was ready to move my policy to a different insurer, but thanks so ATLARELANG NHLAPO for the great service. He really came through for me by calling the panelbeater while I was on the call and could listen in on their conversation. He really went out of his way to assist me, and that restored my trust in Myway insurance, and I think he deserves a round of applause and a little incentive from the company.

The panelbeater appointed to fix my car really did a great job. I received my car within 48 hours. Thank you so much DOXA AUTOWORX. They even went the extra mile of collecting and dropping off the car. Thank you Marie and Jan for your great service.
