I have been with Miway for 3 years and they have always had my back - literally. They go out of their way to put a smile on their customer’s faces. I’ve had a seamless claim before. Recently, it was time for annual increases and as we all know, economically we are all affected but Vuyiswa Cele managed to secure an even lower premium for me amidst the economical challenges, the saving was a lot and I appreciate that I still get the best service from Miway. Vuyiswa was friendly and very polite- it was like talking to a friend who ended up helping you by giving you a great solution to a problem. Truly appreciate it
