I have been waiting for Miway for more than a year

In 2017 my husband had a accident caused by a person skipping the stop street. The person told us his insurance will take care of everything which was MiWay. After me sending email on email and documents on 20/02/2017 and later again, I still did not hear anything from them. Now I just get calls all the time with them trying to get me to take out insurance with them.
