I have been using Miway for the past 7yrs, over about 3 or 4 different cars. There has been downs like when I claimed for an accident in 2022, the assessors and people that are assigned with my claim, and there has been good service when I needed towing and jump starts over the years. Call center people are usually very respectful and always willing to help.
