I have been struggling with the miway chat. I have needed to make my payment for my car insurance and I keep disconnecting from the sever. But eventually I spoke to some lovely people. First Nomsa Mokoena was very helpful and then Mandla Msiza. I still await the sms with link to payment but Mandla has been very helpful
