I have been paying for Scratch and dent separately from the normal car insurance and I recently put in a claim for scratch marks and it was declined

I have been paying for Scratch and dent separately from the normal car insurance and I recently put in a claim for scratch marks and it was declined. What is the purpose of paying for something when you cannot claim?This is a *******! Not worth dealing with a company like this when you paying for something and when it's time to claim you get turned down and suppose to just accept what they say!!!! Disgusting service
